About Me

I am now a 3rd year graduate student in BBNC Lab of Department of Automation at Tsinghua University. The leader of our lab is Prof. Qionghai Dai. I did several research on computational imaging, image processing and artificial intelligence.

Hardware  Setting up light path; Designing and integration for common imaging systems.
English  Passing CET 4 and CET 6;fluent in daily communication and academic reports; writing academic papers alone.
Other  Writing academic papers and patents;Writing files such as project applications and concluding reports; Familiar with multimedia editing tools such as PS, AI and Amira.

Projects

Snapshot partially-coherent diffraction tomography based on light field microscopy


We build a light field microscope and achieve 3D phase retrieval within a single snapshot. This paper is submitted to Advanced Photonics and I am the joint first author.

Deep learning-based 3D Reconstruction for Light Field Microscopy


We use a U-net based method to improve the performance of 3D reconstrction for light field microscopy, providing results with much less artifact. I was invited to give an upgraded oral presentation on Biophotonics Congress, 2019.

3D Single Molecule Localization Microscopy via Deep Learning


We propose a deep-learning approach based on faster-RCNN to estimate 3D locations of multiple emitters over a large axial range with high accuracy. And we also develop a fiji-plugin of proposed method. I was invited to give an oral presentation on Biophotonics Congress, 2020.

3D Observation of Large-Scale Subcellular Dynamics in Vivo at the Millisecond Scale.


I participate in the construction of scanning light field imaging system and accelerating reconstruction algorithm. This paper is submitted to Cell.

Real-time, Ultra-large-Scale, imaging at High-resolution macroscopy


I participate in data processing, extracting the firing signal of neuron and also participate in final report.

 


Self-evaluation

I am a solid, steady young man, with sincere and enthusiastic personality. I have strong learning ability and am always keen on learning new things. I am good at teamwork and willing to contribute. And I also integrate into a new environment quickly. Hoping to realize my own value through hard work.
